Bespoke Utility Rooms

A quietly capable
utility room.

Hand-built utility rooms in solid hardwood, with integrated appliances, butler sinks, drying rails and the storage you actually need to run a busy home.

Our craft

A utility designed around how your house actually runs.

We design and build fitted utility rooms for homes across Northampton, the Midlands and surrounding counties. Integrated washer and dryer, butler or undermount sink, stone or hardwood worktops, pull-out drying rails, ironing storage and plenty of drawers, all built in solid hardwood and hand-painted in any colour.

Integrated, not jammed in.

We design around the appliances you choose so the doors line up, the seals work and nothing pokes proud of the carcasses.

Built for daily use.

Solid hardwood frames, dovetailed drawer boxes, soft-close hardware and finishes that survive water and steam.

Beautiful materials.

20mm quartz, marble or hardwood worktops. Butler or undermount sinks. Brushed brass, polished nickel or matt black taps.

Connected to the kitchen.

Often designed alongside a new kitchen so the cabinetry, hardware and finish flow through the back of the house.
