Terms & Conditions

Made-to-order pieces

All of our products and bespoke commissions are made to order in our workshop. Lead times quoted on each product are estimates from the date of order placement and may vary slightly. We confirm a planned dispatch date in writing within two working days of order.

Payment

Online product orders are paid in full at checkout via Stripe. Bespoke commissions are quoted separately and paid in stages documented in your project agreement (typically deposit on order, balance before installation).

Cancellations & changes

Because our pieces are made to your specification (size, finish, paint colour), the consumer right to cancel does not apply once paint or production has started. We will always try to accommodate sensible changes before that point; please contact us as early as possible.

Delivery & installation

Delivery is to a kerbside address agreed at checkout. Installation is available locally and quoted separately for bespoke commissions. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by third-party installers not engaged by us.

Faults & remedies

If anything is not right when you receive it, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange for the piece to be inspected and repaired or replaced as appropriate.
